Peter Bardenfleth-Hansen
Chief Executive Officer Peter is an accomplished executive in the electric vehicles and mobility sector, with over a decade of experience at Tesla. He played a key role in launching Tesla in Scandinavia, and later oversaw its expansion across Europe, Japan, the Middle East and Africa. He joins DGI from the Norwegian Chargepoint Manufacturer Zaptec where he has been CEO. Currently he also serves on the boards of CAKE, Viggo Energy and Evyon advises on mobility and invests in companies such as Monta and Alpha Motors. With his strong leadership skills and impressive industry expertise, Peter's knowledge and experience will be invaluable in driving continued growth.
Christian Eidem
Executive Director Christian graduated from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, with a degree in Economics. He is an experienced investor and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in founding and leading companies. He has co-founded several companies, including Orion Systems, a top Scandinavian fitness equipment provider where he currently serves on the board. His extensive knowledge and expertise have led him to hold multiple directorship positions for global organisations and advise industry leaders.
Jochen Rudat
Executive Director Jochen is an automotive executive with over 25 years of industry expertise. He was an early European hire for Tesla, instrumental in launching across several new markets. He led operations in the critical German market and reported directly to Elon Musk, eventually he became Director for Central Europe and also received Tesla’s elite Key Contributor Award for his achievements. Beyond Tesla, Jochen has held different roles at BMW, Porsche, Citroen and Kia Motors. Today, he is an Executive Advisor and serves on boards resp. advisory boards for innovative companies.
Jack Allardyce
Finance Director Mr Allardyce has over 15 years’ experience in the energy sector, including 10 years as a leading equity research analyst with a number of UK investment banks. He began his career as a process engineer working on North Sea projects, before joining the leading research and consultancy house Wood Mackenzie, specialising in European upstream and unconventionals. Mr Allardyce’s skillset spans global asset evaluation, financial forecasting, corporate advisory, M&A and equity capital markets. Mr Allardyce graduated from Heriot-Watt University with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
Trevor Gabriel
Non-Executive Director Mr Gabriel is managing partner of a real estate brokerage in Monaco, having previously been finance director of Camper & Nicholson International, the yacht brokerage firm. He is a chartered accountant and fellow of the ICAEWand spent 12 years with Jardine Matheson in finance and general management roles. He is currently non-executive director of TSX-V listed GlobalBlock Digital Asset Trading Limited and previously was a non-executive director of Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd while it was TSX listed and AIM quoted.
Sir Michael Fallon
Non-Executive Director Sir Michael Fallon is a distinguished statesman and business leader with over 30 years of senior political and corporate experience. He has served in four British Cabinets and has been responsible for key sectors such as automotive, aerospace, nuclear, and renewables. In the private sector, he has held numerous directorships, including board positions with Tullett Prebon plc and Genel Energy plc. Sir Michael currently chairs abrdn Investcorp Infrastructure Partners, which is investing in social infrastructure and renewable energy projects in the Gulf. His wealth of experience in public policy and corporate governance provides invaluable strategic insight to DGI's board.
Mark Carleton
Non-Executive Director Mark is an experienced executive with a strong background in the finance, media and technology sectors. He worked at Liberty Media for almost twenty years, holding senior leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer, and overseeing significant acquisitions such as Formula One. Before Liberty Media, Mark was a Partner at KPMG, where he led the communications sector and served on the Board of Directors. Currently, he is a senior advisor to Mubadala Capital, part of the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund, and holds board positions with innovative companies like Reef Technology. His extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, global investments, and corporate governance brings valuable strategic insight to DGI's board.
Pierre Pellerey
Chief Technology Officer Pierre holds a PhD in electrical and mechanical engineering and has over 15 years' experience in the design, optimisation and testing of electric motors and drive systems through to production. His motor designs are in more than 3 million electric vehicles, 10 million home appliances and 100,000 micro-mobility solutions. Pierre was instrumental in the design of the Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S Plaid and Semi motors. He also played a key part in the design of the V10 motor design during a three-year tenure with Dyson.
